University and Ridge Development Proposal

Please join us and City staff for a second neighborhood meeting about Flad Development’s mixed use redevelopment proposal for the southwest corner of University Avenue and Ridge Street, currently the site of Party Port and three apartment buildings on Harvey Street. Flad has made substantial changes to their proposal based on neighborhood input and has officially submitted their plans to the City. The proposal will be before the Urban Design Commission and Plan Commission in January.
